Current & Former Clients - To request different appointment times or to schedule new appointments, please email your provider directly. You can cancel appointments through your client portal login. Appointments canceled within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the late cancellation fee. Through the portal you can also confidentially message your provider, view and pay bills, download completed forms, etc.
